DAY 1, Arusha
You’ll be welcomed at the airport by our driver and guide, who will both be with you for the entire holiday. Transfer to the lodge in Arusha, just one hour away from the airport by car. An excursion may be scheduled in the afternoon only if arrival is in the morning, otherwise no activities are on schedule in the afternoon evening, in view of the following, busy days
DAY 2: Arusha National Park
After breakfast, departure for the Arusha National Park. As well as the traditional photo safari in a 4-wheel-drive, a walking photo safari is highly recommended.Several paths lead to the foot of Mount Meru, and one of these reaches the brim of the Ngurdoto crater, which offers absolutely breathtaking views. A packed lunch will be available at noon. Once the photo safari is over, back to the lodge where dinner will be served. No other activities are scheduled for the day
DAY 3: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, departure for Lake Manyara National Park, in a thin strip of land 50 km long and 8 km wide, where it is easy to spot elephants, colonies of baboons, wilderbeests, giraffes, hyppos, lions, cheetas and the climbing lions, so called because they are adept at climbing up tree branches. Birdwatching is a very common practice in the park, thanks to the presence or so many types of birds,
among which many pink flamingoes, herons and pelicans along the lake shore. A lunch box will be available at noon. Dinner will be served back at the lodge. No other activities are scheduled for the day.
DAY 4: Tarangire Natrional Park
After breakfast, departure for the Tarangire National Park which, despite being close to other more popular parks, has a concentration of animals second only to that of the Serengeti, as well as the highest density of elephants in the world. In the park, there are many different species of birds and the typical savannah environment with acacia trees, baobabs and the deadliest hunters on earth, the top
predators, among which about 700 lions. A packed lunch will be available at noon. Once the photo safari is over, you’ll return to the lodge where dinner will be served. No other activities are scheduled for the day
DAY 5/6/7: Center Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, departure for the photo safari in the Center Serengeti National Park. Through the lens of a camera, you’ll go on a shooting spree, beyond your imagination: wilderbeests, zebras, lions, buffalo, leopards, hyppos and elephants in the endless expanses in one of the most spectacular places on earth. A packed lunch will be available at noon, whereas dinner will be served once back at the
lodge, at sunset. No other activities are scheduled for the day.
DAY 8: Ngorongoro
After breakfast, early in the morning, departure for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From the caldera of the dormant volcano, you’ll go down the crater to enjoy the beauty its unique flora and fauna, almost coming into contact with the animals. A packed lunch will be available at noon. In the afternoon, before the park closes, you’ll return to the lodge where dinner will be served in the evening.
No other activities are scheduled for the day.
DAY 9: Departure
After breakfast, transfer to the airport if your flight is scheduled for the morning or the early afternoon. If your flight is scheduled late in the afternoon or in the evening, you’ll have the whole morning available for a visit to the city and the transfer to the airport will be in the afternoon, after lunch.

● Exclusive use of a 4-wheel-drive off-road vehicle equipped for the photo safari tours. Snacks, water, coffee and wi-fi are available;

Gear:
– camera with tripod/monopod and remote shutter release
– A middle-zoom lens such as a 24-70 mm
– A telephoto zoom lens, such as a 400/600 mm. Be sure to have additional gimbal/monopode mount to this lens.
